Rooibos
Botanically, rooibosh (also redbush or rooibos) belongs to the legume plant family. These originally grow in the western mountain regions of South Africa in the Western Cape province. Rooibosh is derived from rooibos and is the name in the African language for a tasty and caffeine-free tea - translated, the plant means "fine bush". To start the fermentation of the plant, the cut branches are chopped into smaller pieces. This process leads to the typical colour and taste of Rooibosh tea. With a gentle aromatic taste, it is mild and digestible. The cup has a red-golden colour.
