Amla is the fruit of the amla tree, is about 3cm in size and originally comes from India. Amla is also called Indian gooseberry or myrobalan. It is an ingredient of the Ayurvedic classic Triphala and has thus been considered an important component of Ayurvedic teachings for many years. The powder of the dried fruit is filled into vegan HPMC capsules.
