Valerian Root Tea Organic 100g
Everyone knows valerian, but only a few know what it looks like and that it also grows in our regions. Valerian is a perennial, herbaceous plant that grows wild in the Andes or in Central Europe. It has white to pink umbel-like inflorescences and pinnate leaves. It flowers from June to August. Its botanical name is Valeriana officinalis. The valerian root, also known as Valerianae radix, is used in particular. This is dug up and then gently dried. This is how it develops its typical odour.
The valerian root used is 100% certified organic. The raw materials from controlled organic cultivation as well as the gentle processing in a manufactory in Bavaria with over 35 years of experience guarantee a natural product that is vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. You also benefit from the absence of additives and separating agents such as magnesium salts or other fillers and superplasticisers.
