This jasmine green tea is a classic Chinese speciality. Freshly picked jasmine blossoms lend their aroma to a fine green highland tea. The production of this green tea is based on a centuries-old tradition. The jasmine blossoms are picked at night when the intensity of the essential oils is strongest and processed immediately. The flowers are placed in gauze containers on which a layer of tea is spread in a thin layer. This is followed by another layer of jasmine flowers, and so on. In this way, the jasmine flowers give the tea its wonderful, aromatic fragrance. In China, this procedure is called "marrying". Rightly so. Dark green leaf, strongly interspersed with white leaf buds. The cup colour is greenish, light yellow and translucent.
Our jasmine tea comes from controlled organic cultivation. To ensure the excellent quality, the tea is controlled and bottled in our manufactory in Germany. Free from any additives and therefore extremely compatible. Suitable for vegans and all those who pay attention to a balanced, relaxed lifestyle.
