Cakao Nibs unroasted Organic
Cacao nibs are small pieces of the raw cacao bean. They are created when the freshly harvested cacao pods are broken apart. After the subsequent fermentation, the beans are cleaned, dried and peeled. Then the bean kernel is removed and broken into small pieces: The so-called cocoa nibs. Chocolate, in its purest form. You can use them in baking or as a topping for muesli & porridge to give your food a whole individual touch and a crunchy crunch.
Cocoa nibs from controlled organic cultivation. To ensure the excellent quality, the raw material is controlled and bottled in our manufactory in Germany. Free from any additives and therefore extremely digestible. Suitable for vegans and all those who pay attention to a balanced, relaxed lifestyle.
Great with muesli, on smoothies or juices. Also good as a baking ingredient or just on its own.
