Pumpkin seeds are edible seeds of a pumpkin that belongs to the genus with the Latin name 'Curcubita'. The pumpkins are harvested, the seeds separated from the pumpkin flesh and washed. They are then dried, peeled and dried again. Our pumpkin seed protein is made from pumpkin seeds after oil pressing. The chopped seeds are soaked in water, heated and pressed. The press cake is then dried and ground to preserve the active ingredients.
