MCT is the abbreviation for medium-chain fatty acids "medium-chain triglycerides". MCT fats are broken down more quickly than long-chain fatty acids and are absorbed independently of bile acid and enzymes. Biotiva MCT oil is odourless and tasteless. Therefore, the MCT oil intake in drinks, yoghurt and smoothies is ideal.
