Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is also called lemon balm because it smells deliciously of lemon. Botanically related to mint and sage. According to Hildegard von Bingen, it makes the heart joyful. In Greek, lemon balm means honey bee. It has a very special attraction for bees.
The raw materials contained are from controlled biological cultivation (organic cultivation). They are carefully processed and controlled. They are bottled in our factory in Bavaria. Preparation:
Pour 1-1.5 teaspoons with 250ml of 100°C hot water and steep for 10-12 mins.
