Our grape seed flour is obtained from the seeds of the grape and is a valuable natural product. The flour is dark brown and naturally gluten-free. The grape seed flour can be used as an additive in baking for cakes and bread, as well as simply sprinkled as a topping over mueslis and salads. The flour is also suitable for breading fish, vegetables and meat. The taste is hearty and spicy.
