Juniper berries (Juniperus) belong to the cypress family (Cupressaceae) and are the fruits of the evergreen juniper bush. These fruits are particularly popular in Europe, Scandinavia and Russia and have a bitter, fruity flavour. Their intense spiciness makes them ideal for pickling meat as well as sauerkraut and sauces.
To ensure the excellent quality, the raw material is bottled and certified in our factory in Germany. Free from any additives and therefore extremely compatible. Suitable for vegans and all those who pay attention to a balanced, relaxed lifestyle.
