The water astragalus (Eupatorium) is also called water hemp and belongs to the daisy family (Asteraceae). Already thousands of years ago, the herb was used in customs as a weather plant against rain and was attributed to the weather god. The plant grows in damp places such as banks, riparian forests and damp meadows. The leaves and flowers of the water astragalus herb are dried shortly after flowering and are ideally suited for making tea.

Preparation:
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of water astragal with 250ml of cold water and let it steep for 12 hours. Strain the tea afterwards and enjoy.
